Cameron Moreland was born and raised in Riverside CA. A former Professional BMX rider, collegiate soccer player, and martial artist, Cameron has spent his life pursuing athletics. He took his love of sports and fitness to academics earning a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Cal State University, Fullerton in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science .

During his time in school Cameron worked in a sports rehabilitation clinic focusing on therapeutic exercise as well as interned with the USA Women’s Olympic Softball Team where he helped create and implement strength and conditioning programs. During his Masters Degree Cameron was the lead researcher in looking at the physiological profiles of elite BMX freestyle riders.

Cameron is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT), and CrossFit level 2 instructor (CF-L2). In 2012 Cameron founded and currently serves as the Executive Director for the FitOne Foundation a 501c3 non-profit fitness and training facility serving children, youth, and adults in Riverside, CA.

Cameron serves as an adjunct professor at California Baptist University in the Department of Kinesiology where he teaches weight training, cross-training, and essentials of personal training. Cameron also is a member of the Dean’s executive council for the College of Health Science at CBU. Cameron is active in the sports medicine and fitness community and has presented at several symposiums and community events.

Dr. Salley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics, and credentialed in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute. He is the owner and co-founder of Restore Performance Institute. In addition to consistently trying to improve the overall standard of practice at Restore and in the profession, Dr. Salley is an Associated Professor of Kinesiology at California Baptist University where he teaches sports medicine in the graduate Athletic Training program. He has a Master’s degree in Theology and employs an evidence-based model of whole-person care (mind, body, soul & spirit) for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and chronic conditions. He is actively engaged in clinical research and is currently studying the effects of Christian meditation and exercise for the management of anxiety and stress. Additionally, he is an avid athlete and is engaged in triathlon training.

Lisa Friesen has been an athletic trainer for the past 15 years. She has worked in a variety of settings in the High School setting, Division 1, and in the performing arts setting. She loves working working with physically active populations and people seeking health and wellness.
She believes in treating people from a holistic perspective by treating the body, mind, soul and spirit. She currently teaches in the Masters of Athletic Training program and Kinesiology department at California Baptist University. Additionally, she works clinically with local performing artists and high school sporting events.
