We offer a variety of specialty classes. These one hour classes are programmed and led by our certified fitness staff. Purchasing an RPI fitness membership gives you access to all of our classes plus a 20% discount on body recovery services. We offer both individual and family plans.
Cross Training
Is a fitness method that prepares people for the unknown and unknowable of life. By utilizing varied, functional movement at high intensity we can dramatically improve fitness. Our programming consists of gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructrual exercises structured to progressively improve general physical preparedness.
Boot Camp
This class utilizes calastinics, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise to help shed body fat and increase lean muscle mass. We program these workouts to be challenging for all participants but can be modified to anyone’s skill and level.
Blitz Hiit
High intensity interval training has been shown to improve lean muscle mass as well as aerobic and anaerobic capacity. These classes focus on intervals and circuits of intense body weight and resistance training coupled with cardiovascular exercises to make a fun and challenging workout.
