RPI Fitness Center
We offer a variety of specialty fitness classes, and open gym hours. Our one hour classes are programmed and led by our certified fitness staff. Purchasing an RPI fitness membership gives you access to all of our classes, open gym, and a 20% discount on body recovery services. We offer both individual and family plans.
Cross Training
Is a fitness method that prepares people for the unknown and unknowable of life. By utilizing varied, functional movement at high intensity we can dramatically improve fitness. Our programming consists of gymnastics, weightlifting, and monostructrual exercises structured to progressively improve general physical preparedness.
Cardio Burn
This class utilizes calastinics, resistance training, and cardiovascular exercise to help shed body fat and increase lean muscle mass. We program these workouts to be challenging for all participants but can be modified to anyone’s skill and level.
Open Gym
This is an opportunity for you to come in and utilize our state of the art facility. During this time there will be a staff member available to help give you workout suggestions and guidance if needed.
