Body Recovery Trio (Norma Tec, Hypervolt, Complex)
This one-hour treatment utilizes all three of our body recovery modalities (Norma Tec Compression, Hypervolt Massage Gun, Complex Muscle Stimulation) to give your body the optimal environment for healing and recovery to occur. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on that workout, event, contest, and life.
Body Tune Up
The tune up is for specific body work to problem areas utilizing advanced soft tissue release techniques, including ART (Active Release Techniques), Graston IASTM body scrappingTechnique, cupping, and myofascial release techniques. RPI will help you combat chronic soft tissue dysfunctions, nerve entrapments, and scar tissue buildup. If you have a nagging problem area, tight muscles, or just feel better with regular soft tissue work, the tune up is right for you.
Compex Muscle Stimulation Treatment
Our Complex Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) device creates unique, strong, but completely non-fatiguing muscle contractions that set off a cascading series of physiologic events. We call this a Muscle Activated Recovery Cascade. This process reduces the effects of delayed onset muscle soreness and gives the body an optimal healing environment.
Hypervolt Massage Gun Treatment
Our state-of-the-art Hypervolt vibration gun helps to release muscle trigger points, relieve sore muscles, improve mobility, promotes circulation, and accelerates recovery.
Injury Assessment Screening
Do you have a chronic injury? Did you tweak something while running, lifting, or playing a sport? Need advice on stretching or functional movement? Our certified Athletic Trainers can perform an injury screen to determine the best course of treatment for you. We can recommend a referral to a local doctor, provide you with basic exercises to get you back on track, or schedule you for a series of tune ups, or physical therapy sessions to help eliminate the source of your pain!
Dry Needle Therapy Treatment
Dry needle therapy treatment is the insertion of a filament needle directly into or over a myofascial trigger point in order to release tension and decrease pain. It is also known to improve blood flow and healing to target area(s) as well as stimulate biochemical changes. To receive this service a MD prescription is required.
NormTec Compression Therapy Treatment
Our NormaTec recovery system is a dynamic compression device designed for recovery and rehab. Our system uses patented PULSE technology to help athletes recover faster between trainings and after performance. The sleeves use compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid, increase blood flow, and speed recovery.
